Represented a public institution responsible for education infrastructure funding, in an appeal before the Supreme Court involving a construction dispute between the said institution and a contractor, where a decision of the Court of Appeal affirming a decision of the High Court was successfully overturned.
Advised and represented Ghana’s only oil refinery in a dispute arising from a Design, Engineering, Procurement Installation and Construction contract, which said contract was governed by the FIDIC- Conditions.
Advised a Portuguese construction firm in a multimillion-dollar Design, Engineering, Procurement Installation and Construction transaction for the construction of an Oil Storage tank at the Takoradi Port in Ghana, which said agreement was governed by the FIDIC- Conditions of subcontract for construction.
