As lawyers for the Ghanaian Libyan joint venture company (GLAHCO), we initiated arbitration proceedings at the Ghana Arbitration Centre against Atlantic Tableware Manufacturing Company Limited, a Chinese manufacturing company, to enforce a commercial lease agreement.

Represented a Portuguese construction firm in a multimillion-dollar dispute arising out of a Design, Engineering, Procurement Installation and Construction contract with a South African Construction firm for the construction of an Oil Storage tank at the Takoradi Port in Ghana, which said agreement was governed by the FIDIC- Conditions of subcontract for construction.
