Theresa Tabi is the Managing Partner. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA), holds a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, awarded by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, (CIM), UK, and is an Alumna of the Research Exchange Programme of the Kettering Foundation in Dayton, Ohio, USA. She has expertise in debt recoveries, transaction advisory, land administration procedures, and land title registration processes in Ghana. Having worked for and instituted actions against statutory and government bodies, Theresa is well-versed in the exercise of governmental powers and discretion (both at the local and national levels).

Between 2015 and 2018, Theresa was responsible for the Ghana chapter in the global publication “Getting the Deal Through”, published annually, by the Law Business Research, on real estate trends in 26 jurisdictions of the world, including Ghana.
