Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah is the Senior Partner of the firm and heads the Corporate/Commercial and Litigation department of the firm. He was called to the bar by the honorable Society of Lincolns Inn, England and Wales and has a Postgraduate Degree in Advance Corporate and International Trade Law Practice from BPP Law School, United Kingdom. He has attended various continuous professional development programs both in and outside of Ghana He has a general corporate and M&A practice and thus, has not only advised on issues pertinent to the incorporation of companies, corporate governance, and shareholder rights but also, has acted as Counsel in various corporate and commercial litigations at various levels of the Courts in Ghana. He has on some occasions effect a shift in the frontiers of substantive law and rules of practice of the Court of law in Ghana with respect to Constitutional Law and Public Interest Matters. Prior experiences as a Partner at De Medeiros and Associates, Contracts Manager, and subsequently Litigation Lawyer at Vodaphone Ghana make him adept in litigation and commercial transactions.
